My approach to health and wellness comes from the belief that exercise and movement should be a joyful experience for the body and mind, and my classes reflect this. Whether I am teaching yoga, leading fitness classes, or guiding children in a Kids’ Yoga session, the approach remains the same. Finding joyful moments, in stillness or with some wonderful music, helps keep us motivated both on and off the mat.
