Body Blitz Spa is a women-only spa that puts a modern twist on ancient restorative water practices to elevate women in feeling healthier, happier, and reconnected to their mind, body, and spirit. Both located in the heart of Toronto, each Body Blitz location houses a sea salt pool with 24 hydrotherapy jets, hot Epsom salt pool, cold plunging pool, eucalyptus steam room and infrared sauna as well as offering full body scrubs, muds and massage treatments.
