The 3 impressive base lodges give convenient access to 3 marketplace style eateries, a café with fresh deli sandwiches and espresso drinks, 5 bars and John Harvard’s brew pub style restaurant that has a wonderful view of the resort (with over 20 craft beers on tap). Lodging at the resort is available at the ski-in, ski-out Inn at Holiday Valley, the slopeside Tamarack Club and through Holiday Valley Rental Properties. The Tamarack also contains the Ellicottville Oasis Spa, John Harvard’s Brew House, an indoor/outdoor heated year ‘round pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. The Inn at Holiday Valley offers free continental breakfast and an indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub.
