McDonald’s became part of Canada’s community when they first opened their doors in Richmond, BC in 1967. Since then, they’ve gotten to know and love thousands of communities, big and small, across the country. Every day, they serve over a million people more than just great food – they serve community connection.  They support our country’s farmers by sourcing Canadian beef, potatoes, dairy and freshly cracked Canada Grade A eggs. They also help children and families in need, providing youth with their first jobs, and empowering franchisees to grow successful businesses. After all, it’s always been about much more than a burger to them. It’s about feeding and fostering communities.
